Information Website Case Study - Reach for the Horizons

For the research component for this project, I used a persona that was representative of my target audience. I also did research on similar sites to mine,my inspirations. Two educational websites that I would use as examples are https://www.khanacademy.org/ and https://www.theodinproject.com/.

They both use very professional-looking and inviting white backgrounds and a lot of spacing between the text and similar color patterns on the buttons. The main Khan Academy mainly uses blue, white and green while the main colors that The Odin Project uses are: green, gold and black. Both sites have the navigation bars at the top of the page(logo, login and courses), call to action and testimonials.
